Select your desired pressure, from 2,500 to 30,000 psi, and a single-acting intensifier pump amplifies the hydraulic pressure to the appropriate level. This, in turn, imparts the desired pressure to the product stream. Pilot Scale M-110EH
It all starts here. Think of the Pilot Scale M-110EH as a miniature version of the Production Scale M-700 Series. Long before you’re ready to go to market, you can rely on the Pilot Scale M-110EH to achieve operating pressures up to 30,000 psi. Process a wide variety of investigatory fluids, including oil-in-water emulsions, solids-in-liquid suspensions, and cell disruptions. The Microfluidizer® proprietary diamond fixed-geometry interaction chamber ensures your sub-stances will experience maximum energy-per-unit fluid volume, resulting in uniform submicron particle and droplet sizes. Even the most challenging yeast and plant cell disruptions can be achieved within one or two passes.
Production Scale M-700 Series
Once you’ve achieved suitable pilot batches, scale up seamlessly to full production with a companion homogenizer from the M-700 Series. Also featuring our unique fixed-geometry diamond interaction chamber, and capable of operating up to 30,000 psi, the M-700 series allows for smooth scaleup of chemical processes.
